Perfectly genuine cover. The stamp, however, has been repaired using a piece from another stamp. The colors purposely do not match so that the repair can be easily seen. Missing pieces of stamps can be repaired using other stamps. If the colors match exactly, the repair may very easily go unnoticed. There is nothing wrong with repairing stamps as long as the buyer is fully aware of the repair, and there is no intention to deceive. Such items in my opinion should be appropriately marked on the back.
