Sales Policies and Ordering Procedures --

  1. Orders from the USA Listing may be most easily made using my secure E-Mail Visa / Mastercard Credit Card Order Form. The order form can be accessed from each of the net-price listing pages as well as from the bottom of this page. Please order using the Scott Numbers only (may also use a description of the stamp as well). All prices are in USA dollars and cents.

  2. If preferred, orders may also be made by regular mail or FAX. If regular mail is used, please send your orders to:

  3. Payment with order is expected. Payment by cash, check, money order, PayPal, or Visa / Mastercard credit cards. Payment in USA dollars or British Pounds Sterling only. If paying by cheque in British Pounds Sterling, please contact me first by E-Mail for the current exchange rate. If a credit card is used by collectors outside the USA, the charges will be submitted in USA dollars and the conversion to your local currency will be done by the credit card company and not by me.

  4. Stamps offered are Mint Never Hinged (Unmounted) with F-VF centering. Any stamp that does not meet approval may be returned for refund or replacement. The approval period is 15 days within the USA and 30 days outside the USA. Usually small refunds of less than $2.00 are made using current mint USA postage at face unless otherwise instructed.

  5. Postage Charges -- These postage charges are also listed on the credit card order form.

  6. Texas Residents only will please add 8.25% Sales Tax.

  7. On-Line orders will be acknowledged by E-Mail. Every effort will be made to ship the orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. There may be occasional short delays when I am away at a stamp show.

Many of you may understandably be a bit reluctant to do business on-line with someone that you do not know. Please note that I belong to the major USA philatelic organizations (APS ASDA). Please feel free to check directly with the American Stamp Dealer's Association and the American Philatelic Society to verify my membership. I also run a continuous classified display advertisement in Linn's Stamp News and have a display ad in the Confederate Section of the Scott USA Specialized Catalog. My business has been built on fair dealing and on the trust of my collector clients. No dealer can survive long in the philatelic business without the trust of the collector. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to give me a call on the telephone (phone number above) or send me an E-Mail.

Thank you very much for your interest.
