 CSA #13 Horz Pair and a Single USED (margins are decent but a little tight in spots and the single stamp has an edge nick at the lower left into the design) tied together and to a large piece by three strikes of the BLUE Petersburg, Va CDS 28 JUL (most likely 1864).  The large piece has part of the address to Salem, Va.  The piece is cut down from a large envelope made from a Petersburg railroad printed form.  A most unusual 6x rate for weight.  Extremely scarce usage and a very clean appearance which is quite suitable for exhibiting.  CSA Certificate 2010 states genuine and notes an adversity usage.
