CSA #11e (AD) Horz Pair Officially Perforated 12 1/2 UNUSED OG LH (many blind perfs and the stamps did not get perforated at the bottom). Very poor job of perforating the stamps (sheet may have been at the bottom of the pile) which illustrates why the experiment was abandoned as a failure. |
