CSA #10 Frame Line USED (4-Margin) showing complete lines right and bottom and 3/4 line at left. Tied to small brown paper piece by the Sumter SC CDS 15 JUN 1861. Error in the date in the CDS as it should be 1863. Sumter SC is known for this date error as there are other examples. Small pre-affixing scissors cut only in the margin at the right lower corner. Very Fine Appearance. PSE Certificate 2018 "GENUINE" but does not mention the date error. |
