CSA #5 Position 36 USED (Excellent Color) (4-Margin) with the BLUE Lynchburg, Va CDS with a SEP 1862 date Very Fine. PF Certificate 2024 which states "It is Genuine with a trimable nick at top center." I see no nick on the stamp or on the certificate image of the stamp. The certificate does not identify the blue postmark, but it is definitely Lynchburg, Va. The certificate calls the stamp a standard rose, but the color is certainly somewhat better than the standard rose. |
