CSA #4 Stone 2 (not plated) USED (4-Margin and affixed to a small piece cut flush with the stamp). The stamp is a very dry printing with a prominent partial short transfer at the lower right and a few minor edge faults that do not detract). The stamp is canceled by a handstamp numeral "5" from an unidentified town indicating that the original cover was most likely underpaid with a DUE 5 applied. |
