| CC2911 | Two fractional notes (2c and 3c) from Annville (Pennsylvania) with the Pennsylvania State Seal (top center) dated June 10th, 1864. Local fractional script but quite scarce as USA fractional script was more easily available in 1864. Signed S. H. Harper which is lined through for an unknown reason. Very interesting pair of obsolete fractional notes from Pennsylvania VF-XF. |
