Two Fractional Notes (5c and 10c) issued by the Treasurer of Portage County in Ravenna, Ohio, 1862. The 5c note (brown) shows a train at the left and the 10c note (blue) shows a female figure with an anchor and tools and a cornucopia at the left.  Both notes have the same double ring blue handstamp "AUDITOR AUDITED LA.OLIN" dated JUN 26 1888 of unknown meaning and unknown significance. Could not find a reference to these notes or the handstamp and have never seen them before. Do not know if there are other denominations in the series. Both notes are intact but show circulation wear and grade Fine. Will only be sold as a pair.
