CC2390 The Bank of the State of South Carolina 50c Fractional Note 1862 Fort Moultrie. The note was redeemed by the State in 1880 and cut cancelled. The cut cancel has been reinforced from the back with nearly invisible archival tape for preservation VF-XF.
