  • Fifth Type Serial #9194 (Serial Number Range 1 - 13000 all types)
  • 4 1/2" Octagonal Barrel, .31 Caliber 5 shot fluted cylinder percussion.
  • Colt's major patents expired in 1857. This produced a flurry of gun making activity based on Colt's designs by various companies. Most of these companies were short lived with only limited productions. The guns made by many of these obscure companies are mainly distinguished by the individual barrel makings as well as some minor design differences.
  • The Union Pocket Revolver was made by the W. W. Marston Company and was in production for only a few years from 1858 into the early 1860's.
