Steger, Waltons Mill, Cumberland Co., Va. 2nd Use (outside) CSA #13 (4-Margin) pen-cancel and manuscript "Cartersville (Va) Jan 30 / 65." Addressed to Miss Julia A Wood, Bremo Bluff, Fulvanna Co., Va. Cover flapped down from the left upper corner to display both stamps. Light staining. Small repair to the right lower corner. Excellent 1865 postal use. PF Certificate 1988.
