CSA #2 Paterson Stone Y (4-Margin but close at the bottom left) tied by the BLUE Lynchburg, Va CDS 12 NOV (1862). Addressed to Mrs. Rebecca Michaux, Pamplins Depot (Va). The cover is cut down from an "AUGUSTA ARSENAL Official Business" imprinted envelope for reuse with part of the imprint visible on the inside. Also on the inside (turned) is a CSA #2 H&L (4-Margin) Pen-Canceled and not tied with no postal markings but an address to Mrs. John M. Speed, Lynchburg, Virginia. Clean cover but missing both side flaps and professionally restored along the bottom edge and both left and right edges not involving the stamps or the addresses. Sold only for the value of the stamps.
