VA2718 Stampless Handstamp PAID 10 Type C with the Lexington, Va CDS 27 MAY. The marks appear to have a greenish tinge to them but could be Blue-Green or a degraded Black. Not considered at this time to be a provisional use, but it could be. From the Franklin Davis, Staunton, Va Correspondence. Very clean cover. $200.00
