Military Address to Capt T. R. Mitchell, Co H, 5th Ten Reg, Tullahoma, Tenn. Very clean cover. Ex-Kaufmann. Ex-Cate Collection. Thomas R. Mitchell (1834-1864) entered service as Capt of Co F 35th Ten Inf 9/1/1861 The regiment was also known as the 1st Ten Mountain Rifle Regiment and the 5th Ten Inf Regiment Provisional Army. Capt Mitchell died in December 1864. The cause and circumstances of his death are not recorded.
