Addressed to Hon Edward Frost, Pendleton SC. The addressee
was a well
known Charleston attorney and judge who was also a railroad investor
and President of the Blue Ridge Railroad. Judge Frost was
involved in
politics both during and after the war. Minor paper clip
stain at top
center from filing, otherwise Very Fine and displayed with the
lower right corner flapped up. |
