| SC540 | CSA #9 (T-E-N) (4-Margin but close at left and with a very light horz pre-affixing crease and a little edge gum toning but still a very pretty stamp) tied by the Mars Bluff SC CDS 8 JUN 1863. Coarse paper probably homemade cover addressed to L. W. T. Wickham Esq, Richmond, Va. The original letter remains with the cover (lengthy business letter). Minor backflap opening tears but otherwise a Very Fine appearance. An unusual town of usage for this stamp. CSA Certificate 2000. | $1,250.00 |
