Adversity Cover made from part of a printed page from a state legislature bill to provide for our Coast and Harbor Defences. Addressed to H. W. Ravenel Esq, Aiken, So. Ca. Displays well flapped up from the lower left corner and also opened for full display.Not commonly seen red postal markings. A little wear at both upper corners. One side back flap missing. Very clean and attractive cover. Ex-Bogg.
