CSA #13 (margin touches at left but wth a right sheet margin and a smal pre-printing paper fold in the margin at upper right) tied by a Grid cancel and the matching Winnsborough SC CDS at the left 2 JUN. Blue paper legal size cover addressed to Montgomery Moses Esqr, Sumterville, So. Ca. Montgomery Moses (1808-1886) was a lawyer and judge in Sumter SC. Period ink stain at lower right, minor reduction at the right where opened, minor light vertical file folds. Very clean appearing cover.
