Capt John Charles McClenaghan was mustered into the CS Quartermaster's Department 4/13/186. He is mentioned once in the Official Records cited for bravery at First Manassas while serving as the regimental Quartermaster for the 8th SC Inf. He died of disease on Morris Island 3/15/1863. The correspondence between Capt McClenaghan and his wife is extensive.		 $375.00
