CSA #4 Horz Pair Stone 2 (not plated) (margins a bit irregular) affixed to seal the back flap and tied by the Goldsborough NC CDS 17 MAY. Addressed to Reace Barbers, Athens, Geor. Stars and Bars Patriotic Cover (10 Stars) Type F10-3 in full color. Some minor staining, a small reduction on the right, fold reinforced with archival tape, minor top edge tears including one just into the flag design sealed with archival tape. Cover opened for display. Still with quite a clean appearance and a very presentable Patriotic Cover.
