PAT437 Patriotic Cover with the 12-Star Stars and Bars in full color Type F12-6 handcarried outside the postal system to Hen(ry) A. Castor, Concord, Cabarrus County NC Care of Col Wallace. Cover shows a little light foxing with an edge repair at the top center not affecting anything, a small edge repair at the bottom left, and most of top back flap missing. Sender of the cover and place of origin unknown. Still quite a decent example of a scarce CSA patriotic flag design.
