The matching weak strike of a BLUE small double circle Raleigh NC CDS (date not fully apparent) is to the left. Addressed to Mrs. Mary French Scott Care of Col Jas S. Amis, Young's X Roads, Granville Co., NC. Adversity Cover made from some sort of a printed but unused legal document form from the Commonwealth of Virginia displayed flapped over from the left. Unusual to see an envelope made from a Virginia form used in North Carolina. Clean cover.
