Turned Adversity Cover made from a blue paper printed but unused North Carolina Teacher's Certificate. Very clean cover. Molesworth note on the top back flap. First Use - inside - Addressed to A. A. Willard Esq, Greensboro NC. The CSA #11 stamp used was affixed to seal the back flap and was mostly torn away when opened. The remnant of the postmark is not identifiable. Second Use - outside - When the cover was refolded for the second use, the printing from the adversity use was then on the outside. CSA #32XU1 RED Greensborough NC Provisional marks. The Greensborough postmark is at the top center (date not apparent). The PAID 10 provisional rate/control mark is in the upper right corner and is a double strike. Addressed to Mess Keech  & Teel, Tarboro NC. The cover reportedly has a 1991 CSA Certificate which was not with the cover and is not in the certificate archives. The cover is listed on the Greensborough Crown Census.
