Capt Hanks was the State of Georgia Quartermaster. His correspondence is extensive and well known. "OK'd by Dietz 3/6/35" on the reverse. Ex-Brian Green. CSA Certificate 1965 notation on the back, but the old cetificate is no longer with the cover. The certificate archives are not complete that far back. Minor central vertical file fold.
