Blue paper Adversity Cover made from a used printed State of Georgia report form of some sort. Addressed to Clerk Infr (Inferior) Court, Cuthbert, Randolph County, Ga. Original short enclosure dated June 1864 included which is a note written on the back of the printed letterhead of an unused State of Georgia document. "Mr. Clerk. I send you Sir a box of Laws &c. Please review & examine. If right, please sign & return the enclosed rect to me at this place."
