GA1198 CSA #12f (AD) officially perforated 12 1/2 (perfed on all four sides with three wide margins but close at the left and light edge gum toning) tied by the Columbus, GA CDS 21 DEC (most likely 1863). Coarse brown paper cover addressed to Dixie Daughter or The Ladies of Como, Miss.  Have no idea to what the address refers. Very Fine cover and an excellent example of the officially perforated stamp on cover. PSE Cert 2017. $750.00
