Folded letter complete (business letter concerning cotton) which confirms the 1861 use. Daniel H. London (1818-1876) was a Richmond fabric merchant. Clean cover. Light central vertical file fold which does not involve the stamp. Very Fine use 12 days after the formation of the CSA on 4 FEB 1861.
