Positions 23-24 (4-Margin but a little close on the right
and there is a partial scissors cut between the stamps) tied by the Savannah, Ga Paid CDS
(date not apparent). Addressed to Mrs. A. W. Lathrop, Staunton, Va.
Cover has had a large piece repaired at top left not involving the
stamps, postmark, or address. The repair is quite well done and does
not detract from an overall very clean appearance. |
