AF246 CSA #12c (AD) Greenish-Blue (4-Margin but close at the bottom) tied by the Army of Tenn Straight Line Cancel (CC ATN-02a) used mid-January to mid-April 1864. Quite a decent strike of this cancel and easily recognizable. Addressed to Miss Bessie T. Young, Mt Jefferson, Chambers Cty, Ala. Sent by an Alabama soldier in the Army of Tennessee home to a girlfriend or relative. Minor reduction at the left where opened and not affecting anything. Very clean cover. $650.00
