Addressed to Dr. Nathan Bozeman, Central Institute, Alabama. Dr. Nathan Bozeman (1825-1905) had a long career as an illustrious and celebrated surgeon. During the war, he was in Confederate service on the Examining Board of Army Surgeons. Cover with minor light foxing. Ex-Gallagher.
