CSA #11c (AD) Greenish-Blue (margin just in at the bottom and touching at the right) tied by the Camden, Ark CDS 17 OCT. Stamp and postmark are on the reverse to seal the back flap. A second strike of the same postmark is on the front of the cover. Addressed to  Cadet J. D. McNeil, Tuscaloosa, Ala. The use of "Cadet" in the address indicates that the addressee was in military officer training at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa which at that time was a military school. Wallpaper Cover with a fancy floral design in shades of blue and purple displayed flapped up from the lower right corner. Reduced about 1/2" on the right where opened which affects only a small part of the address under the display flap and a clipped right lower corner. Wallpaper covers used in Arkansas are scarce.
