Handstamp "5" in a circle which is a Moble mark Type E used to designate an additional 5c Due. Coarse brown paper homemade cover addressed to Mr. John H. Williams, Columbiana PO, Shelby Cty, Ala. The cover must have been overweight for the additional 5c due as the distance traveled is certainly less than 500 miles. Very clean cover.
