1st Use (outside) CSA #6 Vert Pair affixed sideways (4-Margin) tied by the same Montevallo, Ala CDS 21 FEB. Addressed to Dr. W. E. Rodgers, Montevallo, Ala (Overpaid Drop Letter). Turned Cover -- 2nd Use (inside) CSA #7 Horz Pair (right stamp significantly clipped with a scissors cut for some unknown reason prior to affixing) tied by a nice strike of the Montevallo, Ala CDS 24 FEB. Addressed to Mr. W. L. Long Care of Shelby Iron Works, Columbiana, Ala. The cover was apprently refolded to display the first drop letter use on the outside with the second use three days later to Columbiana, Ala on the inside. Flapped up from the lower left corner to display both stamps and postmarks. Excellent use combining a Turned Cover with an Overpaid Drop Letter. Very clean cover.
