AL555 CSA #7 Horz Pair (4-Margin but close at the top right) tied by the Selma, Ala (1863) CDS 22 JAN. Semi-Official Imprinted Cover "OFFICIAL. Quartermaster's Department, Selma, Ala." (Type WD-QM-14). The stamps were originally affixed over the imprint but have been lifted and hinged to the left in order to display the imprint. Addressed to A. T. Jones Esqr, Shelby Iron Works, Columbiana, Ala. Cover with a little light staining at the right, but otherwise Very Fine. Ex-Wulfekuhler. $350.00
