CSA #11e (AD) Perforated 12 1/2 (4-Margin with perfs clearing on three sides with several blind perfs and the bottom being a straight edge) tied by the Mobile, Ala CDS 23 JAN (1864). Coarse brown paper cover which is an Adversity Cover made from a printed page (war restriction notice) which has not been flapped open for display. Addressed to Mrs. C. Montgomery, Sharon, Miss. Stamp would be from the bottom row as the edges of the sheet were typically not perforated. Part of bottom back flap missing, otherwise Very Fine.
