CSA #58x2 Mobile, Ala 5c Blue Provisional Horz Pair (margins just touch at left center and bottom center) tied by two clear stikes of the small double circle Mobile, Ala CDS 6 SEP 1861. Addressed to Henry S. Tuthill Esq, Huntsville, Ala. Minor edge wear and described with a sealed filing spindle hole in the center of the cover which is extremely unobtrusive. Very clean cover and an excellent example of a scarce pair on cover paying a double weight rate as the cover traveled less than 500 miles. PF Certificate 2012.
