| CSA #13 USED (4-Margin) with a neat but light strike of the RED Petersburg, Va CDS (date not apparent). 1999 CSA Certificate states “It is GENUINE. Crease and tiny thin.” I cannot identify with certainty the crease and the thin which are mentioned on the certificate. I would say that if they exist at all, they are insignificant. |
