CSA #7 Vert Strip of 3 USED (margins a little tight at top and bottom and lower left) with two strikes of the New Braunfels, Tex CDS with an OCT date. At the time these stamps were in use, there was no 15c rate. Most likely this was originally a strip of four with a stamp removed some time in the past. |
