CSA #7 USED Horz Block of 6 on London De La Rue Paper
(4-Margin but just a little close in places) with one full strike and two partial
strikes of the Tawboro NC CDS 31 JAN (1863). Prominent plate flaw in the
top center stamp. Sealed tear involving the left lower stamp which does not detract from the overall appearance. These used larger multiples paying a triple rate are very
scarce.
