 CSA #6 USED Single Use Prior to the Rate Change (margin just in at lower left but with a large left sheet margin) tied to small piece by the Atlanta, Ga CDS 2 JUN (1862). The contains the “Confederate States of America Executive Department Official Business” imprint (ED-04). The stamp is affixed over “Official Business” indicating private use. Most unusual for a CSA Executive Department cover to be used outside of Richmond. Unfortunate that this is a piece only and not the full cover.
