 		CSA #13 USED (4-Margin) with a neat but light strike of the RED Petersburg, Va CDS (date not apparent). 1999 CSA Certificate states “It is GENUINE. Crease and tiny thin.” I cannot identify with certainty the crease and the thin which are mentioned on the certificate. I would say that if they exist at all, they are insignificant.

 		CSA #13 UNUSED Block of 4 (4-Margin) OG NH. The bottom left stamp is the Position 24L Double Transfer. This stamp is also registered considerably lower than the adjacent stamps. This is a characteristic of the Position 24L stamp that can only be seen in a pair or a larger multiple. Certainly one of the finest examples of this well-known Double Transfer that I have ever seen. Extremely Fine.

 		CSA #13 UNUSED Single Double Transfer from Pos 24L (4-Margin) Part OG and a Hinge Remnant. Very minor sealed scissors cut in the margin only at the lower right. Very Fine appearance with a nice dark green color.

The following two blocks (CS-1398 and CS-1399) were cut from the upper two rows of the same sheet. On this sheet it is apparent that the entire top row showed a distinct random printing shift.

 		CSA #13 USED (4-Margin) with a neat strike of the Bristol V&T RR (Virginia & Tennessee Railroad) CDS (dateless). This stamp used with a railroad cancellation is extremely scarce. Very tiny corner crease in the margin only at the top right which does not detract from an overall Very Fine appearance. CSA Certificate 1991 signed by Morris Everett does not mention the trivial corner crease.
