The August Dietz Award named in honor of the Founding Father and first President of the Confederate Stamp Alliance (1935-1939) is presented annually to a member at the discretion of the Trustees for distinguished service to Civil War (Confederate Philately) in the field of research and writing. The award was first presented in 1962. |
