Addressed to Mrs. C. W. Coleman Care Col P. T. Moore, 5th St, Richmond, Va Overpaid Drop Letter. Patrick T Moore (1821-1883) was Colonel of the 1st Va Inf at the start of the war and was severely wounded at First Manassas. He returned to active service later in 1864 as a Brig-Gen of Reserves. Very Fine.
