CSA #3 (4-Margin with a large upper sheet margin) tied by the BLUE Petersburg, Va CDS 15 NOV (1863). Addressed to Dr A. R. Shands, Petersburg, Va Drop Letter. Folded Letter complete (business) written on a Ledger Sheet. Light horizontal file fold not affecting stamp or postmark and a little light foxing. Still quite an attractive cover and a scarce usage particularly with a blue postmark. This cover is recorded in the Warren census of the the 2c Green covers, CSA Certificate 2000.
