Marshall, General Hospital No 1, Kittrells, N. Carolina. This is actually a Turned Adversity Cover with the inside use showing a “Shelby NC” manuscript addressed to Miss M. Sue Wingfield, Hicksford Greenville Co., Va. The stamp from the inside usage is missing. The cover has not been cut or folded for display. Very Fine. $125.00
