VA1642 CSA #7 Horz Pair (very coarse printing with somewhat irregular margins) tied by the BLACK Petersburg, Va CDS 30 MAR (1865) showing very late usage just days before the Fall of Petersburg 4/3/1865. The address is in light pencil and is a military address to Captain G. T. B. Wester, Trevellians Depot, Louisa Co., Va. Cover has a blue ink stain at the upper left corner not affecting anything and also just a little light foxing. (The upper left corner is NOT missing but instead has a blue ink stain which blends with the scan background giving the illusion of a missing corner.) $250.00
