This is a folded unsealed printed circular from Apalachicola, Fla dated 2 FEB 1861 concerning the current cotton market conditions. Addressed to Messers S. Cutchins & Co., Providence R.I. Very scarce circular usage to the North during the Florida Independent State period. Very Fine.
