“El Paso, Tex Mar 18th/61 Paid” all in manuscript USA Used in the CSA. Addressed to Honorable Howell Cobb, Montgomery, Ala. On arrival in Montgomery, the cover was forwarded to Macon, Ga by the addition of a USA #26 stamp and a full strike of the Montgomery, Ala CDS 3 APR 1861. Very slightly reduced at the right not affecting anything, otherwise Very Fine and excellent usage.
