| RT13 | USA #35 (beautiful stamp) tied by the New Orleans, La CDS 15 FEB (1861) USA Used in the CSA. This is a folded wrapper type cover on which docketting confirms the 1861 year date and shows that the actual city of origin was Havana, Cuba. Privately carried from Havana to Confederate New Orleans where it was placed in the mail with the 10c franking addressed to Vera Cruz (Mexico). Very Fine Cover and a very scarce usage. | SOLD |
